InGenious är som det låter

InGenious, eller Almi East Sweden AB som vi egentligen heter, är ett dotterbolag till Almi Företagspartner i Östergötland AB. Tillsammans med Linköpings universitet genomför vi varje vår och höst en unik projektkurs, som löper över en termin. Studenterna i kursen tar med sig sina kunskaper och kompetenser in i de spännande projekt som regionens företag och organisationer bidrar med.

Vi vill att studenterna ska tänka ”outside the box” och angripa utmaningar utifrån nya perspektiv. Det är precis vad som sker när studenterna jobbar i tvärdisciplinära dynamiska projektgrupper. Resultaten kan bli allt från nya produkter eller prototyper till färdigdesignade lösningar.

Vill du ha hjälp att utveckla en idé?

Alla vet vi att det ofta tar lång tid att utveckla en idé. Tänk om du kan få hjälp med det på mindre än 4 månader. Genom oss kan du få hjälp att ta dig an utmaningar och utveckla idéer, som annars inte hinns med eller som kanske ligger utanför verksamhetens vanliga fokusområde. Kanske hittar studenterna nya tillämpningsområden för företagets teknik eller produkter.

Det är enkelt att bli challenge provider som vi kallar våra projektpartners.. Du står för projektet/caset, vi på InGenious hjälper till att utforma det och studenterna utvecklar det.

Det enda som krävs är att du visar ditt engagemang och träffar studenterna vid några tillfällen. I övrigt vill vi att studenterna jobbar självständigt med idéutvecklingen. Det är först vid kursslut som de slutgiltiga resultaten presenteras och då vid ett större event. Vi kan lova att studenterna kommer att göra det proffsigt och snyggt.

Agenda 2030 är våra mål

Vi arbetar efter de globala hållbarhetsmål som FN tagit fram. Det innebär att studenternas lösningar och resultat också kommer att vara framtagna utifrån FNs hållbarhetsmål. Som challenge provider erbjuds du en lösning som är hållbara i alla led.

Skriva ett case på 15 minuter

Det tar inte lång stund att skriva ihop en brief, som vi kallar underlaget till caset – eller utmaningen. Vi hjälper till om det behövs. Den slutliga briefen ska vara på engelska och publiceras på vår webbplattform. Behöver du hjälp att formulera dig på engelska, hjälper vi så klart till med det.

Bakgrund. Berätta lite om företaget, för att ge en bakgrund till caset.
Brief-beskrivning. En kort, konkret sammanfattning av caset.
Utmaning. Beskriv utmaningen.
Bild och logotyp. Vi behöver också företagets logotyp och gärna en bild som visar vad företaget sysslar med eller vad utmaningen handlar om. Har du ingen bra bild kan vi alltid hitta en i någon fotobank.

InGenious is ingenious

InGenious, or Almi East Sweden AB as we are actually called, is a subsidiary of Almi Företagspartner i Östergötland AB. Together with Linköping University, we offer students a unique project course in spring and autumn, which runs over one semester. The students bring their knowledge and skills into projects from the region's companies and organizations.

We want students to think "outside the box" and tackle challenges from new perspectives. This is precisely what happens when students work in cross-disciplinary dynamic project groups. The results can be anything from new products or prototypes to "ready-to-go" solutions.

Do you want help developing an idea?

We all know that it often takes a long time to develop an idea. Imagine you could get help with this in less than 4 months. Through us, you can get help to take on challenges and ideas that your company otherwise may not have time to develop. Perhaps our students will find new areas of application for the company's technology or products.

It is easy to become a challenge provider, as we call our project partners. You are responsible for the project/case. We at InGenious help design it, and the students develop it.

All that is required is to show your commitment and meet the students on a few occasions. In other respects, we want the students to work independently with the development of ideas. It is only at the end of the course that the final results are presented and then at a major event. We can promise that the students will do it professionally and nicely.

Agenda 2030 is our goal

We work according to the global sustainability goals developed by the UN. The solutions and results will also be developed based on the UN's sustainability goals. As a challenge provider, you are offered a sustainable solution at all levels.

Write a case in 15 minutes

It does not take long to write a brief, which we call the basis for the case - or the challenge. We help if needed. The final brief will be in English and published on our web platform. If you need help formulating in English, we will, of course, help you.

Background. Tell us a little about the company to give a background to the case.
Brief description. A short, concrete summary of the case.
Challenge. Describe the challenge.
Image and logo. We also need a company logo and a picture related to the business or the challenge. If you do not have a good image, we can always find one in a photo bank.
